Smart Control Lion Residence

The Lion Residence demonstrates how modern technology and design can work hand in hand. At Memo Lighting, we deliver smart control solutions that make daily living easier, more comfortable, and visually appealing. In this project, we used Ekinex systems to give the homeowners full control over their lighting with both style and simplicity.

To begin with, our smart control solutions offer users the ability to adjust lighting throughout the home with ease. Thanks to Ekinex, residents can change brightness, set scenes, and manage their environment using sleek wall panels or a mobile app. As a result, they can create the perfect mood for any moment—whether relaxing, working, or hosting friends.

Moreover, we designed each area in the Lion Residence with specific needs in mind. The living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and even outdoor areas include custom lighting scenes. For example, lights can turn on gently in the morning, adjust automatically in the evening, or turn off when no one is in the room. This helps save energy while improving comfort.

In addition, the smart system is flexible and can work with other technologies in the home, such as heating or security. Because Ekinex supports KNX standards, it ensures long-term reliability and future upgrades without needing a full system change.

We believe that good lighting should not only look beautiful but also make life better. Therefore, we aim to bring smart control solutions into every home we work on. The Lion Residence is a great example of how automation can improve the way people live.

The lighting of this modern apartment becomes one with every furnishing element because the lamps have been selected according to each area of ​​the house, creating the right environment for its residents.

In the studio, the dark light effect of the light is adapted to the elegance of this interior, highlighting the strong character of the dark colors.

The lighting of the kitchen has been fully realized to perform everyday functions as well as aesthetics and is evident in the textures of the design.

While the warm lighting that does not disturb your eyes is placed around the matrimonial bed to create a relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom.

We move on to the wardrobe, which is illuminated by spots with natural light and high CRI to clearly show the colors of the clothes.

Every corner of the house is important to be dressed with the right lighting. Especially when quality materials, wall coverings, parquet, or decorative elements are used in the furniture, it is necessary to highlight them through light with high technical parameters.

Through light, we have given life to this project to create a loving family atmosphere, giving proper importance and attention to each area.

In the living room, we used spotlights to highlight paintings, the library, or other artistic elements.

Concealed lighting is a decorative element connected to the wall finishes and central lighting to complement the main environment with light.

The practical lighting of the corridor is also related to the daytime environment, maintaining the balance between the flow of light and the aesthetic side.

We have connected the incase spots with hidden lighting, where the light can be changed as desired during the day or at night through the control.

The cooking kitchen and the dining table require functional, sufficient, and concentrated lighting to carry out all daily activities.

Magnetic spotlights and hidden lighting combine with the central lighting of the living room to create a living environment.

Like every other part of this warm house, the bedroom also needed a well-thought-out lighting project.

We used natural lighting which is necessary for waking up in the morning and warm 2700K lighting which is very suitable before sleep.

Functions are also very important. Reading lights with focused light does not disturb the other person who may be sleeping.

As for the wardrobe, the CRI of the lighting in it is very important. To distinguish the textures and colors of the hanging clothes, we used hidden-in-case lighting with a CRI of over 90 on each shelf, while as central lighting we used spotlights with orientation.

Custom lighting has been chosen for the children’s room. As for toilets, necessary lighting such as ambient and functional lighting.

Villa Lighting

  In this beautiful villa, lighting is an important part of the architectural design of Junik Balisha.

  A living room should be a comfortable, warm, and well-lightened place to live.

Even during the daylight, some warm light luminaires will make the interior much more vivid.

Also lighting in the kitchen should be functional, esthetic and comfortable.

This stylish kitchen is combined with perfect lighting effects provided by our Memo Lighting specialists.

      Well-placed spotlights on the ceiling that fits between wooden beams for the general lighting, strip led mounted to help during cooking,

and minimalistic pendants for kitchen island lighting, provide a beautiful combination of lighting layers in this kitchen.

At this villa, outdoor lighting is designed very simple, choosing appropriate outdoor luminaries which create perfect lighting effects and give the yard the needed brightness to enjoy the evenings.

In this beautiful villa on the Albanian coast side, our team together with Gark studio have aimed to illuminate paths and the garden landscape.

Outdoor Villa Lighting

If you find yourself wishing for long summer nights that never end, the right garden lighting can make your dreams a reality, and above all, let you enjoy the pool at all times.

In this villa, we have achieved this effect by applying the right light in each part of the garden and the terrace.

An IP68 linear light inside the pool, affected by the wall washed with soft light and hidden lights under the front entrance stairs are combined perfectly with the perimeter light of the terrace shining the floor mozaic.

Lighting under the trees turns the crown into a beautiful light reflector for the entire yard and the facade of the villa.

Combined with the bollards placed on the side of the path is all you need for your garden.

All these are organized with smart control so you can switch any light you want, depending on the moment you are enjoying your garden landscape.

What remains in our minds from an environment where we spend an unforgettable experience are feelings.
