Debussy Fine Art

Few projects show the power of gallery lighting better than our recent work with world-famous sculptor Richard Orlinski. His bold use of color, sharp shapes, and strong emotion needed more than just basic lighting—it needed a design that could boost the energy and presence of each piece.

This modern gallery space includes many of Orlinski’s most well-known works. From sharp-edged animal sculptures to eye-catching pop-art pieces, each artwork tells its own story. Our team at Memo Lighting took on the challenge of using light as a way to support and elevate that story. We designed a lighting plan that brings out both fine details and the strong impact of each piece.

Lighting for Art Galleries: Enhancing Experience and Atmosphere

We used the same high standards you’d find in top museums. With spotlights, track lights, and flexible beam angles, we shaped the light around each artwork. For example, we lit the black lion and green gorilla in a way that made their textures stand out. The pop-art prints were given clean, even light—bright enough to pop, but without glare.

Our LED lights have a high color rendering index (CRI), which means they show colors just as the artist intended. Deep purples, electric yellows, and every tone in between looked rich and true to life. To keep the space from feeling flat, we added layers of soft ambient light. This made the room feel alive and interesting as people moved through it.

We also made sure every light fixture looked good in the space. The lights blend into the gallery’s modern style, so the art stays in the spotlight.

In the end, this project shows how good lighting can change everything. When light supports the artist’s vision, the result is something you don’t just see—you feel.

Faces&Places Hotel

Architectural lighting for hotels does more than illuminate a space. It defines the experience and shapes how guests feel from the moment they arrive. At Memo Lighting, we believe lighting is a central part of hospitality design. It highlights architectural features, supports the flow of space, and sets the mood in each zone.

In our Faces & Places Hotel project in Tirana, we created a lighting design that merges tradition with modern elegance. This project was done in collaboration with Focus Architects. Together, we developed a concept that uses lighting to tell a visual story. For example, we used warm tones and soft contrasts to reflect Albania’s cultural roots while keeping the space modern.

Good hotel lighting balances function and emotion. The lobby needs ambient lighting that welcomes. Hallways should use subtle lighting to guide guests without distraction. Guest rooms require a mix—soft lighting for relaxation, and brighter options for reading or working.

In addition, outdoor spaces like terraces and entrances must be inviting. Lighting here also plays a security role, making guests feel safe and comfortable.

Every hotel is unique. That’s why we take a custom approach to every lighting project. We work closely with architects and designers to match the lighting to the hotel’s brand and atmosphere. Whether it’s a luxury space or a boutique setting, the lighting should support the overall vision.

If you’re seeking expertise in architectural lighting for hotels, Memo Lighting offers tailored solutions that combine design, technology, and atmosphere. Our goal is to enhance every space through thoughtful and elegant illumination.

FINN by Luciano

Lighting Solutions for FINN by Luciano

Creating the right mood is essential in any fine dining space. FINN by Luciano in Tirana shows how well-designed lighting can transform an entire experience. From the moment guests walk in, they are welcomed by a carefully designed lighting atmosphere. It highlights every architectural detail and complements the restaurant’s cozy and elegant setting.

Memo Lighting handled the entire lighting process for this project. This included supply, installation, smart lighting controls, and technical follow-up. We selected every lighting fixture for both looks and efficiency.

In addition, we worked closely with architects and contractors. This ensured the lighting matched the restaurant’s interior design perfectly. A major feature of this project is the smart lighting control system. With it, the restaurant can shift easily between different lighting moods. For example, a bright and lively setting works for lunch, while a softer, more relaxed mood suits dinner. As a result, the atmosphere stays flexible and always fitting.

The lighting supply included high-performance, low-energy fixtures. These were built to last and reduce long-term costs. Our team made sure the installation went smoothly, coordinating with all involved parties.

After completion, we continued to support the client. Regular technical follow-ups and maintenance helped keep everything running smoothly. What makes this project stand out is its smooth blend of design, function, and user experience. The lighting doesn’t just brighten the space—it sets the tone. It helps guests feel comfortable, inspired, and engaged.

This collaboration between Memo Lighting and FINN by Luciano is a great example of our full-service approach. Through thoughtful planning and expert support, we helped turn this restaurant into more than just a place to eat. It’s now a destination known for its unforgettable ambiance.

Congress Lighting

In the heart of Tirana, Congress Spirits Wine & Cigars offers more than just a place to enjoy fine drinks and cigars—it delivers a complete sensory experience. The atmosphere is rich, refined, and immersive, designed to elevate every moment spent inside.

Lighting plays a central role in shaping this experience. From the moment guests enter, they’re welcomed by a glow that feels intentional and luxurious. Warm, ambient tones guide the eye toward the bar, seating areas, and carefully curated displays of rare spirits and cigars. Shadows and highlights work in harmony to bring out the texture of materials and create an intimate feel in the space.

Created in close collaboration with Udv Architects, the lighting concept was developed with a purpose: to complement the architecture, respect the elegance of the interior, and support the overall brand identity. The goal was not simply to illuminate, but to create mood, rhythm, and emotional depth.

Accent lighting draws attention to display elements without overwhelming them.

Discreet LED strips emphasize the architectural geometry.

Each fixture was chosen not only for function but also for aesthetic harmony.

The lighting design respects both the function of a high-end lounge and the visual language of timeless sophistication. Whether guests are enjoying a quiet evening with a cigar or socializing over a bottle of wine, the lighting adjusts and adapts—subtle, yet always present.

This project stands as a benchmark for hospitality lighting in Albania, demonstrating how good design and thoughtful illumination can turn a space into a destination.

La Vista, Green Coast Lighting Design

A sense of sunset from Memolighting & Madengroup🌅

The Green Coast lighting design is one of Memo Lighting’s most iconic projects. It showcases a perfect blend of architectural elegance, environmental awareness, and innovative lighting techniques. Located along Albania’s breathtaking southern coast, this high-end development was created to offer both luxury and harmony with nature.

Memo Lighting played a key role throughout the entire process. The team was responsible not only for the lighting design but also for supplying all lighting products and following up until the project’s completion. The main objective of the Green Coast lighting design was to emphasize the landscape’s natural beauty.

At the same time, the design had to ensure safety, comfort, and visual balance. Drawing inspiration from the Ionian coastline, Memo Lighting and Maden Group created a lighting plan that highlighted the curves of the terrain, the architecture of the villas, and the surrounding greenery.

To achieve this, high-performance lighting products were chosen from top European manufacturers. These selections ensured durability, energy efficiency, and a consistent aesthetic. Each lighting element—from subtle path lights to striking façade accents—was chosen to blend naturally with its surroundings.

One standout feature of the project is the lighting of La Vista. It reflects the deep connection between nature, people, and architecture. The lighting evokes the soft, golden tones of a sunset. It creates a warm, memorable atmosphere that enhances long summer evenings. This project is a clear example of Memo Lighting’s full capabilities in architectural lighting. By blending creativity with technical know-how and dedicated project management, the team delivered a design that is both practical and emotionally resonant.

The Green Coast lighting design adds long-term value to one of Albania’s most prestigious coastal areas, making it not only a destination but an experience.

Galeria by TEG, Green Coast Lighting Design

At Memo Lighting, we understand how powerful thoughtful lighting design can be in shaping architectural spaces. Our work on the Green Coast project reflects this belief. In collaboration with the Maden Group and renowned architect Emre Arolat, we set out to illuminate the Galeria by TEG in a way that complements its Mediterranean setting.

The Green Coast development features sandy textures and rich, wild greenery. Therefore, our main goal was to design a lighting scheme that enhances these natural elements while remaining practical. By carefully tracing the building’s architectural lines and following its natural contours, we created a lighting system that highlights the structure’s elegance and blends smoothly with the environment.

Warmth That Mirrors Seaside Sunsets

Inspired by the glowing tones of seaside sunsets, we chose lighting fixtures that give off a warm and welcoming light. As a result, the atmosphere feels calm and inviting—similar to a peaceful coastal evening. In addition, the way light filters through the greenery creates changing patterns that add to the visual experience.

To bring this vision to life, we used top-quality fixtures sourced from leading European manufacturers. We also managed every detail of the installation. This hands-on approach ensured that each element met our high standards for both quality and sustainability. Consequently, the lighting at Green Coast will stay strong and beautiful for years to come.

The success of this project highlights the deep connection between architecture and lighting. Our partnership with Maden Group and Emre Arolat allowed us to explore new creative possibilities. As a result, we designed a space where light is not just functional—it becomes an essential part of the story.

At Memo Lighting, we believe the right lighting can do more than brighten a space. It can shape emotions and leave lasting impressions. The Green Coast project is a perfect example of how light, when used with care and creativity, can become a powerful storytelling tool in architecture.

Square Wellness Center

Lighting plays a key role in creating the right mood in any wellness center. In this project, Memo Lighting designed a peaceful and relaxing space using a smart and soft wellness center lighting plan. The aim was not just to light the area, but to help people feel calm and welcome the moment they walk in.

We studied the space closely to make sure each light had a purpose. Soft ceiling lights and hidden lights on the walls were used to give the rooms a warm and cozy glow. These touches helped soften the look of the space and made it more inviting. The mix of light and shadow adds a feeling of depth and comfort.

Each area of the wellness center—like the waiting room, treatment rooms, and rest zones—was lit in a way that matches its purpose. Warmer tones were used in the relaxation rooms to make people feel at ease, while brighter but still soft lights were added to more active areas. Dimmable lights let staff change the mood during different treatments.

Good wellness center lighting also means thinking ahead. We used LED lights that save energy and last a long time. These lights don’t just lower costs—they also give off a clean, natural light that looks great and feels soothing. All fixtures were picked for ease of use, simple control, and long-term use.

This project shows how the right lighting can turn a wellness center into a true escape. When light supports both comfort and beauty, it creates a space people enjoy coming back to.

Memo Lighting is proud to bring expert wellness center lighting solutions to life, spaces that feel just as good as they look.

Ujvara Resto Restaurant

Lighting plays a vital role in shaping the atmosphere and enhancing the customer experience in any restaurant. The Ujvara Resto project perfectly demonstrates how architectural lighting for restaurants elevates both design and function. Every lighting element in this project complements the restaurant’s natural materials, modern layout, and elegant ambiance.

The design team aimed to create a warm and inviting environment where guests could enjoy their meals in comfort, surrounded by subtle lighting accents that enhance the overall aesthetic. Soft ambient lights and carefully placed architectural highlights add depth and texture to stone walls and wooden surfaces. This approach achieves a harmonious balance between visual appeal and functionality.

One of the main goals of architectural lighting in restaurants is to define zones without using physical barriers. At Ujvara Resto, the team layered different light sources—general lighting for visibility, accent lights to highlight key design features, and warmer tones to create a sense of intimacy. This thoughtful combination ensures a space that feels cohesive, calm, and refined.

Effective restaurant lighting also addresses practical concerns such as glare control, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance. The project team selected high-quality fixtures that deliver both aesthetic value and long-term performance.

The Ujvara Resto project shows how professional architectural lighting for restaurants creates memorable dining experiences and strengthens brand identity. With strategic light placement and seamless design integration, the team transformed the restaurant into a space that is visually stunning and emotionally engaging.
