Job position: Client Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions;
• Maintaining long-term professional relationships with customers;
• Coordinating with internal teams (designers, architects, and engineers) to ensure project alignment;
• Preparing offers, presentations, and following up on negotiations;
• Supporting clients through meetings, calls, and site visits;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Architecture, or related fields.

Work Experiences

Previous internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or client relations is preferred;

Ability to work independently under general supervision, as well as part of a team to meet objectives.

Other interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities;
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into solutions;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours if necessary.
